Always recognize that customers are the foundation of the company’s profit and growth, providing the best possible products and services that meet their needs and expectations while earning their lasting trust.
Actively accept customer complaints and suggestions, and establish transparent and effective procedures to resolve grievances and disputes.
Communicate honestly with customers and fulfill every promise made to them.
Protect customer-related information and never disclose or use it for other purposes without prior consent.
Address any customer dissatisfaction immediately and implement preventive measures to ensure that issues do not recur.

Strive to maximize shareholder returns by pursuing sound profits through economic and efficient professional management and by achieving targeted performance.
Respect shareholders’ rights, legitimate demands, and formal decisions, establish a transparent management structure to build trust, and ensure that all shareholders are granted fair voting rights.
Record and manage financial status in accordance with international accounting standards, maintain transparent and reliable accounting practices, and disclose them regularly. To this end, promote an initial public offering (IPO).
